At our second meeting you will need to bring the following:
- A copy of your Customized Implementation Letter from our first meeting
- A personal check with your name
- Two additional forms of identification (e.g., a government issued identification / passport, a major credit card and a checkbook)
Please note: Under the USA Patriot Act/Anti-Money Laundering Identity Verification Procedures for United States Citizens and Resident Aliens, name, address, date of birth and tax identification number (TIN) are required pieces of information at account opening.
